The hotel had a good location and worked well for our needs. The rooms were clean, but still had remnants of the previous guests. The service was subpar, particularly regarding handling bugs in the room and rude behavior from some staff. The dining options were weak, though the price was high for what was offered. The facilities had some issues, including falling ceilings in areas.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were messy, out of towels and water, and so dirty that I felt like leaving. On the bright side, the service was sweet and attentive, going above and beyond to address our concerns. The location was nice but had some issues with towel shortages. The dining experience was disappointing with minimal breakfast options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff tried their best to ensure a great stay.
